Boswell Volunteer Fire Department

   The Boswell Volunteer Fire Department is located in Somerset County, PA. We cover between 25-35 square miles of rural area with about 3000 to 4000 people living in Boswell Borough, Jenner Township and part of Quemahoning Township. The Boswell Volunteer Fire Department Provides Fire Suppression, Rescue, and Emergency Medical Services to our 1st Due and surrounding areas 24 Hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

EMS Week Open House May 17th at the Fire Hall. There will be Blood Pressure Screenings, and Fun Packs for Children, and Refreshments. There will also be a Sub Sale. For more information on this event contact the Fire Hall Mon-Fri 10-4pm.

New 2008 Type III GMC AEV Ambulance was ordered to replace the 1997 GMC Type I Ambulance. Should see the new Ambulance in August. 

2008 Fire Department FUND DRIVE letters have been sent out!!!  Please support our ongoing efforts!!
